Cà chua rửa sạch, bỏ hạt rồi thái hạt lựu. Rửa sạch hành lá và ngò rí, băm nhỏ. Làm sạch hành tím, thái sợi nhỏ. Đập trứng vào tô to. Tiếp theo cho hành tím, cà chua, hành lá, ngò rí, sữa tươi, bột nở vào, trộn đều.
Cuối cùng cho dừa nạo vào trộn đều một lượt nữa. Bắc chảo lên bếp, đun nóng dầu ăn rồi cho hỗn hợp vào tráng cho đều chảo. Nếu không chiên hết một lượt, bạn nên chia hỗn hợp ra thành 2-3 phần, không nên chiên quá nhiều vì dễ xảy ra tình trạng vỡ trứng và không chín.
Khi trứng tráng dừa và rau củ chín, bạn cho ra ngoài đĩa, cắt miếng nhỏ rồi thưởng thức nhé. Món này có thể thưởng thức khi ăn kèm cơm, bánh mì hay dùng ăn vặt như bánh mặn vẫn ngon. Bạn nhớ chấm cùng loại nước chấm yêu thích nữa nha.
