Cắt bánh mì thành từng lát mỏng có độ dày khoảng 2cm. Phết đều bơ lên 2 mặt bánh mì.
Cho thanh quế vào nồi với 100gr đường trắng, thêm chút nước khuấy đều cho đường hòa tan hoàn toàn. Dùng cọ phết phần đường này lên 2 mặt bánh mì.
Bột quế bạn cho ra dĩa, dùng muỗng trải đều lớp bột, lần lượt úp từng mặt bánh mì vào bột quế.
Làm nóng chảo, thêm vào chút bơ, xoa đều bơ lên mặt chảo đến khi bơ tan chảy hoàn toàn. Đặt bánh mì vào, dùng một chiếc đĩa úp lên bề mặt bánh trong 1 phút. Lấy đĩa ra khỏi chảo, lật mặt bánh mì và tiếp tục cho đĩa vào vị trí cũ.
Cuối cùng bạn lấy bánh mì ra bên ngoài, rắc đường bột lên trên mặt bánh và thưởng thức.
